My name is Jill. 

I live in south-central Pennsylvania.

I love house plants, fuzzy blankets, summer sun, and unscented candles.

I'm still trying to figure out what to do with this website, but for one of my graduate classes, I found some research about belonging and how it relates to resilience, particularly in children.  As a mother, an elementary school teacher, and the wife of a school counselor, I couldn't stop thinking about it and the impact it could have on our homes, our schools, our churches, and our community.  So I have tried to create a space where I can share some of my ideas and hear from you as well.
